As Commander of Special Forces Land from 2016, he is currently Deputy Chief of Air-Land Operations at the Land Staff.

General John Philips is from the Signal Corps. Agraduate of the United Sates Army College, he has been deployed to many theatres of operation, including Iraq, Afghanistan and Kuwait. He is currently assigned to the G6 United State Army Europe.

Major General Philippe Boucké began his career in the 121st All-Arms Class of the Royal Military Academy. In 1994, he joined the staff of the 17th^ArmoredBrigade in Spich, Germany, as Deputy Operations and Training Officer. He joined the First Regiment of Chasseurs à Cheval in Bourgléopold in August 1996 as Operations and Training Officer. In 2015, he was posted to the Defence Staff in Evere to work in the CHOD Cabinet, within the GPS (Governance and Policy Support) cell, of which he became Chief in July 2016. Generalmajor Boucké is appointed Deputy Chief of the Strategy Staff in 2017. In 2018, he is appointed Aide de Camp to His Majesty the King by His Majesty King Philippe of Belgium.

Major General Pascal Facon is a naval gunner. A graduate of the Saint-cyrien Military Academy, he was deployed to Somalia in 1992, Bosnia in 1996, Kosovo in 2002 and served in Operation Serval in 2013. In 2006, he took command of the 43rd Marine Infantry Battalion in Abidjan. He commands the French elements in Senegal and the French elements base in Senegal in 2015. In 2017, he was appointed Director of the Command Doctrine and Training Centre.

Trained as a paratrooper, Major General Reinhard Wolski joined the Army Light Aviation and was posted to Celle as an aircraft pilot in 1984. In 1989, he was posted as a G2/G4 officer at the Army Tactical Centre and then as a G3 officer at Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe. He was appointed Commanding General of ALAT in 2009 and was appointed to head the NATO Joint Warfare Center in 2014, then to head the Army Concept and Capability Development Center (Amtes für Heeresentwicklung) in 2016 . He has deployed to Bosnia, Kosovo and Afghanistan during his career.

General Pires do Nascimento Hertz is from the armoured cavalry. He commanded the 7th Santana Armoured Cavalry Regiment and the 3rd Rio Grande do Sul Mechanized Cavalry Brigade. He has also held positions in intelligence and psychological operations, including with MINUSTA in Haiti. He is currently the head of the Land Operations Doctrine Centre of the Brazilian Army.
